Our client is kicking off a major transformation program that will bring multiple sites together onto one centralized Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) environment, replacing a patchwork of legacy systems.
The As-Is discovery work is complete, the vision is clear, and we're now ready to move into build, integration, data migration and testing—and we need a talented Business Analyst to help shape what comes next.
This is an exciting chance to join a program right at the start, working with an experienced project team to define the To-Be processes, support data migration, and turn those designs into practical, clear, testable requirements that bring the future operating model to life.
What you'll be doing
Working closely with business and technical teams to translate To-Be designs into detailed requirements, user stories and functional specs.Supporting the setup of standardized processes across multiple sites moving into one central BC instance.Collaborating with finance, payroll, operations and school-based stakeholders to validate requirements and ensure system decisions align with real-world needs.Supporting data mapping and migration from legacy systems into Dynamics BC.Creating end-to-end test scripts and supporting UAT across all sites.Helping define workflows, approvals, reporting needs, role profiles and business rules for the new centralized model.Working closely with vendors and implementation partners throughout build and delivery.

Why you'll want this role
Join a program at the true start of the build phase—influence how the solution comes together.Work across a broad network of schools/sites, helping create one unified way of working.Have hands-on impact across data migration, process design, testing and ERP implementation.Support a transformation that will genuinely simplify operations and improve outcomes for staff and students.
If you're a Business Analyst who enjoys clarity, structure and turning strategy into delivery—and you want the satisfaction of helping unify a large multi-site organisation into a single modern ERP—then we'd love to hear from you.
