Description
* Develop and execute visual merchandising plans to enhance product displays.
* Collaborate with the retail team to ensure cohesive brand presentation.
* Analyse sales data to optimise merchandising strategies.
* Maintain visual standards across multiple locations across Perth and central locations.
* Provide training and guidance to store teams on merchandising principles.
* Coordinate and oversee promotional displays and seasonal setups.
* Work closely with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials.
* Monitor and report on the effectiveness of merchandising initiatives.
Profile
* Previous experience in retail, ideally within the premium or luxury sector
* Strong understanding of current market trends and consumer preferences
* High attention to detail with a creative mindset and the ability to bring innovative ideas to life
* Strong client service mindset with a commitment to excellence
* Results-driven and self-motivated with a focus on achieving performance outcomes
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Adaptable, open to feedback, and comfortable engaging with diverse stakeholders
* Strong organisational and time management capabilities
* Ability to manage multiple priorities across projects, stores, or presentations
Job Offer
* December or January 2025 Start
* Handover Period Provided
* 12 Month Maternity Leave Contract
* Work Monday to Friday
* Additional $18,000 car allowance.
