We are seeking a skilled Administration Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, have a high level of organisation and be proficient in the Microsoft Suite.

Job Description:

* Provide administration support to all accounting staff
* Compile and type correspondence
* Interact with clients and government departments
* Perform general office duties

Requirements:

* Proficient in the Microsoft Suite
* Highly organised with great attention to detail
* Excellent customer focus and communication skills
* Good time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
* Able to work well under pressure both independently and as part of a team

Benefits:

* Flexible hours available
* 32-38 hours per week depending on current workload
* School hours considered for the right person

Initial Duties:

* Reception and telephone
* General office duties
