$103,159.27 to $110,091.58 Annually + up to 13% super

Join our team as an Senior Systems Administrator (TechnologyOne) also known as (ERP) Specialist

Play a critical role in ensuring Council's enterprise resource planning applications deliver real value. As the internal subject matter expert, you'll lead system support and continuous improvement across TechnologyOne and other ERP platforms, provide technical leadership, solve complex system challenges, guide team members, and contribute to major projects that shape how Council operates.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Champion system performance by leading the support, maintenance and optimisation of Council's key applications, including TechnologyOne Local Government modules.
* Solve complex technical issues through expert troubleshooting, configuration review and vendor liaison.
* Design and manage system configurations across corporate platforms, ensuring smooth implementations, upgrades and enhancements.
* Drive automation opportunities to streamline processes and improve user experience.
* Support and enhance in‐house and major platform applications, developing improvements that boost functionality and efficiency.
* Provide specialist advice to stakeholders across Council, guiding them on best practice system usage and solutions.
* Research and implement emerging technologies to strengthen system performance, security and usability.

Skills and experience:

* Proven experience installing, configuring and troubleshooting enterprise software, ideally including TechnologyOne modules (P&R, SCM, Financials).
* Strong understanding of TechnologyOne platform configuration and the ability to deliver system improvements.
* Demonstrated experience providing technical and user support in medium or large organisations.
* Advanced analytical and problem‐solving capability with strong research skills.
* Deep knowledge of contemporary and emerging information management technologies.
* Highly developed interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to negotiate positive outcomes with stakeholders and vendors.
* Ability to work proactively, take ownership, and step into leadership responsibilities when required.
