Lucy's Luxury is not your average luxury resale fashion brand. We're Australia and New Zealand's leading high-end consignment destination, bringing the world of circular luxury to life with heart, high standards and some sparkle.
Built on Instagram (22K+ followers and growing), Lucy's Luxury has scaled rapidly, growing from a solo operation to a team of six in just 18 months. From Hermès and Chanel to rare runway and ready-to-wear, we specialise in curated, authenticated fashion. With a new Byron Bay HQ, a Shopify site launching soon, and our warehouse opening to the public in early 2026, we're ready to welcome our next team member.
We're looking for a passionate, social-first creative to join us as our new Social Media Coordinator. If you live and breathe content, love fashion, and know how to keep a brand story strong while juggling carousels, Canva and community, this role is for you.
The Role
This is a hands-on coordination role with room to evolve, ideal for someone looking to deepen their social media experience within a fast-growing fashion brand. You'll be responsible for executing and managing our presence across Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok, and will play an active role in how our brand shows up, connects and grows each day.
You'll be:
* Scheduling and posting content across Instagram, LinkedIn + TikTok
* Managing and reposting daily IG Stories and community UGC
* Posting and scheduling our iconic Wednesday–Friday drops (bags, shoes, accessories + ready-to-wear)
* Creating weekly Canva assets for Stories.
* Jumping into the DMs and comments to engage with our amazing community
* Collaborating closely with our Founder (Lucy), Content Creator (Nicole) and Business Manager (Elle)
* Assisting on shoot days and event coverage when needed
You'll start on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday (28–35 hours/week), with occasional weekend work (1–2 weekends per month during busy trade or content launches). This is a hybrid role, with time spent in our Byron Bay HQ each week.
About You
You're grounded, flexible, and deeply organised, the kind of person who finds flow in structure. You're confident managing content calendars, sharing daily stories, and engaging with followers in a way that feels genuine and warm. This isn't your first time coordinating social, and you're ready to help a luxury brand scale with style and ease.
You have:
* 2–4 years of experience in a similar social media or content marketing role
* A strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok best practices (bonus if you've managed product-based brands)
* Confidence using Canva, Dropbox, scheduling tools (Later, Planoly or similar)
* Excellent attention to detail, from captions to cover images
* Great taste in fashion, aesthetics, and an eye for what pops
* A sense of humour, a proactive mindset, and a love of making people feel welcome and amazing through content
