Role Description
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative who will drive our sales efforts forward. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with customers, and negotiating deals to meet our sales targets.
The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. They will need to be organized, persistent, charismatic, and hard-working.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle customer inquiries across email, phone, and chat
* Execute outbound sales and marketing campaigns
* Travel to events and conferences worldwide to present on booths and drive face-to-face marketing and sales opportunities
* Collaborate with multiple teams and senior stakeholders to drive results
* Work directly with marketing on campaigns
* Research information about prospective customers
* Generate a multi-million-pound pipeline
* Identify prospects and market trends
* Help define processes and policies for the team
* Liaise with new and existing customers, setting up and attending meetings while actively mapping accounts to identify new opportunities
* Accurately create, update, maintain, and nurture leads on global opportunities
