A little about the role:
In this role you will be responsible for driving high quality and efficient imaging services in a hospital setting. Consistently placing patient care at the centre of every scan you perform. Sonographers with all levels of experience encouraged to apply. You will work with a team of medical imaging professionals including 1 other sonographer, radiographers, and an onsite radiologist plus an administration team.
Locum dates: Mid to late January 2024 – For 2 weeks or more
Duties you will be responsible for:
* Experienced across a broad range of scan types including MSK, obstetrics, general and vascular.
* Managing patients and operating Canon equipment
* Consistently delivering high levels of patient care and service
* Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with patients, referrers, staff, and managers
* Promoting and maintaining the highest quality and safety standards

Skills and Experience:
* Full ASAR membership
* Experience working for a private group within a hospital setting.
* Experience using Canon machines – they have a brand new Aplio I700.
* Correct working rights for Australia
