We're on the lookout for Produce Assistants to join our friendly team at Caloundra Fruit Market.
This hands-on role is perfect for someone who enjoys staying active, working with fresh produce, and being part of a team. You'll play an important part in keeping our produce displays fresh, beautifully presented, and well-stocked, while delivering friendly, knowledgeable service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Merchandising, fruit displays
* Maintain high standards of freshness, food safety, and visual presentation
* Provide great customer service
* Work as part of a team to achieve daily goals and maintain a safe, clean workspace
* Physically fit as you will be lifting and moving stock

* Wage paid under the current Retail Award.

About You
* Experience working with fresh produce or in a supermarket/grocery environment
* Minimum 2+ years of experience working with fresh produce or in a supermarket/grocery environment required
* Reliable, punctual, and happy to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in
* Great attention to detail and a love of quality fruit and veg
* Friendly, approachable, and well presented
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with good time management skills
* Team player with good communication skills
* Permanent Residency only
