Craigieburn Location $55 - $60 per hour Casual ongoing (6 months) Monday to Friday - 9:00am - 5:00pm Immediate start An exciting opportunity exists for a highly experienced Technical Documentation Writer to support the Security Department of a leading printing and manufacturing organisation in Craigieburn. This confidential role requires a professional with a proven background in producing high-quality technical documentation, preferably within regulated, secure or sensitive environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining documentation aligned with security protocols, quality management systems, and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain clear and accurate documentation including: Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Work Instructions Security -related operational processes Quality control and compliance documentation Liaise with the Security team to ensure all documentation reflects current practices Maintain version control, document consistency, and adherence to internal standards Support general administration duties as required Essential Skills and Experience Demonstrated ability to write and manage SOPs and Work Instructions Proven experience in a technical documentation or technical writing role Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Exceptional written and verbal communication skills High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively Highly Regarded (Not Essential) Experience in an ISO-compliant or regulated environment Background in quality management systems (QMS) Exposure to security operations or other sensitive/controlled work environments Certificate or Diploma in Project Management To submit your application, please forward your resume in word format by selecting "apply.
