About the Role

We are seeking an experienced
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant
with 5+ years of hands-on functional consulting experience. The ideal candidate will be able to
manage customer requirements
, work across
multiple concurrent projects
, and support
integration
,
core finance
,
asset management
, and
billing
processes within D365 Finance & Operations. Experience in the
healthcare industry
is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and participate in
end-to-end implementation
of D365 Finance modules.
* Gather, analyse, and document
customer business requirements
; translate them into functional specifications.
* Configure, customise, and support the following D365 Finance modules:
* General Ledger (GL)
* Accounts Payable (AP)
* Accounts Receivable (AR)
* Budgeting
* Fixed Assets / Asset Management
* Billing & Revenue Management
* Work closely with technical teams to support
integration requirements
using standard D365 APIs, Data Entities, and Power Platform.
* Manage project tasks across
multiple parallel projects
, ensuring timely delivery.
* Conduct
fit-gap analysis
, solution design, UAT support, and user training.
* Maintain solution documentation using
Microsoft Lifecycle Services (LCS)
.
* Track work items, sprints, and releases using
Azure DevOps
.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams: project managers, architects, developers, and customer stakeholders.
* Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations.

Required Skills & Experience

* 5+ years of hands-on experience as a
D365 Finance Functional Consultant

(or AX 2012 with upgrade exposure).
- Strong functional expertise across core finance modules.
- Experience with
Asset Management

and
Billing

functionalities.
- Ability to work in a customer-facing role and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Proven ability to manage and deliver multiple projects/tasks simultaneously.
- Working knowledge of
integrations

, data management, and data migration concepts.

Proficiency with:

* Microsoft
Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
* LCS (Lifecycle Services)
* Azure DevOps

(Boards, Work Items, Pipelines)
- Power Platform basics

(Power Automate, Power Apps—nice to have)
- Strong analytical, documentation, and problem‑solving skills.

Nice to Have

* Experience working in the
Healthcare

industry.
- Certifications such as:
- MB-310: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance
- MB-300: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Core Finance & Operations
- Knowledge of BI tools (Power BI) for reporting and analytics.
- Exposure to global implementations and multi-entity financial environments.

Requirements

* D365 Finance Functional Consultant
* Experience with Finance, Asset Management and Billing
* MB 300 or MB 310 Microsoft D365 Finance certification.
* Nice to have experience in the Healthcare domain.
* Previously worked on projects including implementation and integration with other 3rd party systems.
