Are you a skilled HR professional with a passion for people and a desire to make a real impact in regional communities? Intereach is seeking a dynamic
Human Resources Officer
to join our Corporate Services team.
What You'll Do
Support the implementation and delivery of People and Culture initiatives, policy and procedure, award and legislation interpretation and application, employee relations and performance management.
Work under the general supervision and guidance of the HR Business Partners in dealing with workplace relations issues such as complaints, audits, conflicts, grievances, performance support and misconduct.
Support the end-to-end employment cycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
What You'll Need
Demonstrated experience with generalist human resource functions including end to end recruitment, onboarding, performance management, grievance resolution and payroll
Certificate or Diploma qualification in HR, Business or Administration
Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar HR related role
Strong communication and time management skills
A passion for innovation and continuous improvement
Current driver's licence and police check (completed by Intereach)
