The Opportunity
We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join our expanding team. This role is ideal for a mechanically trade-qualified professional who is ready to step into a supervisory position and grow alongside a dynamic and evolving business.
The position combines office-based responsibilities and on-site execution work, supporting and supervising maintenance activities on mining shutdowns and fixed plant operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with planning, coordinating, and supervising maintenance works on mining fixed plant
* Support shutdown preparation and execution
* Liaise with clients, site teams, and management
* Complete reporting, scheduling, and documentation using computer-based systems
* Ensure work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
* Provide leadership and guidance to maintenance personnel on site
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* A mechanical trade background (essential)
* Previous supervisory experience (leading hands or similar roles considered)
* Experience with mining shutdown maintenance works
* Strong computer skills, including reporting and general office software
* The ability to work both in an office environment and on site
* A proactive attitude and willingness to learn, develop, and grow within the business
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
