Office Administrator / Bookkeeper — Dolphin Line Marking
Dolphin Line Marking is growing, and we need a sharp, organised, and proactive Office Administrator / Bookkeeper to keep our operations smooth and our books in order. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, no-fluff environment.
What you'll do:
* Manage daily bookkeeping in Xero (accounts, reconciliations, invoices, payments)
* Maintain accurate financial records and reports
* Support office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and system management
* Ensure admin systems are tidy, efficient, and up-to-date
* Communicate with clients, suppliers, and team professionally
* Contribute to a small, dynamic team and make real impact
You are:
* Experienced with Xero and confident with other admin tools
* Highly organised, detail-focused, and reliable
* Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
* Positive, flexible, and ready to jump in where needed
