The Role
- Guide guests confidently through our menu and wine offerings
- Deliver warm, professional service and build genuine rapport with guests
- Work collaboratively with chefs and front‑of‑house staff for seamless service
- Maintain high standards of presentation and attention to detail
- Anticipate guest needs and handle special requests or celebrations with care
- Manage a busy section calmly during peak service
- Stay engaged with ongoing training and menu knowledge
- Rotate between weekday and weekend shifts, including both lunch and dinner services
About You
- 6‑12 months experience in a fine dining or upscale la carte restaurant
- Able to carry 3+ plates
- Outgoing and friendly personality
- Well presented with excellent inter‑personal skills
- A passion for the hospitality industry
- Valid RSA (competency card)
- Valid Australian Working Rights (AUD Australia – ACT Canberra 2600)
