Individualised Home Care Support
This role requires compassionate individuals who can provide individualised support to people in their homes, helping them maintain independence and live well.
* Support clients with daily living tasks such as personal care and domestic assistance.
* Maintain accurate records of client care and report any incidents or hazards.
* Respond to emergency situations using first aid skills.
Key Requirements
* Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, or Community Services qualification.
* Australian Driver's License and willingness to travel for work.
* Registered and insured vehicle for safe transportation.
* Compassion, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting others.
