Description
Reporting to the Group Accountant, you will take responsibility for:
* Data entry duties
* Assist with processing Invoices, matching to quotes, and purchase orders
* Assist the team as required with reports
* Daily & weekly entry of operational data
* Entering Maintenance Reports
* Front of office duties, including telephone inquiries
* Provide administration and data entry support for our West Australian divisions as needed
* Coordinate office amenities and supplies
* Petty cash management for amenities
* Administration support to the CEO & Group Accountant as required
