About the role

The Clerk of the Court is responsible for the effective management of the non-judicial functions of the Court including leading and managing a team of court officers. The role presides over a range of judicial and quasi-judicial proceedings and also provides support to the judiciary in the effective case management of court sittings.

Eligibility

Permanent positions – To be eligible for appointment to permanent positions in the West Australian Public Sector you must be an Australian citizen or have permanent resident status in Australia.

Permanent, fixed term, full time and part time appointments may be offered during this period.
