Join a Team That Puts People First

At Your Best Life Allied Health, we're a trusted not-for-profit with deep community roots, delivering person-centred care that helps kids, teens, and adults thrive. This role is based in Caboolture, where you'll be part of a team focused on meaningful, evidence-informed support through NDIS plans, private sessions, mental health care plans, and more. As an Occupational Therapist, you'll deliver evidence-informed, person-centred care to children, teens, or adults guided by your strengths and expertise. Services are offered across a diverse mix of programs, however you will be predominately working with NDIS participants.

Your work will focus on helping our clients achieve their NDIS goals which may include fine and gross motor development, emotional regulation, sensory processing, functional capacity building, or assistive technology prescription. You'll conduct assessments, deliver therapy, and collaborate with families and support teams to create practical, strength-based intervention plans.

The perks

• Above award wages

• Generous salary packaging (up to $15,900 + additional options)

• Leave loading and portable long-service leave

• Professional development allowance and paid PD days

• Dedicated clinical supervision and mentoring

• Work closely with senior leaders and field experts

The essentials

• Bachelor of Occupational Therapy

• AHPRA registration

• Current driver's licence and own insured transport

• A current yellow card, blue card and NDIS Workers Orientation Module (or being willing to obtain)

• Current First Aid and CPR certification

• 1-4 years' experience (preferred)

• Experience working with a NDIS caseload is desirable

The vibe

"I absolutely love this role. I work with the most incredible people, from our therapists to our executive team. Every day is different—and I genuinely enjoy coming to work."

— Tash Van Veen, Allied Health Manager.
