Hotel Monier are seeking an experienced grill chef with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a high volume steakhouse style pub / restaurant. Butchering skills to portion control various beef prime cuts and value add trim. You will be comfortable working in a high volume multi-cultural brigade, have excellent personal presentation and communication skills and be a proactive team player. Recent references required.
