The Opportunity
Metalcorp is looking for a Customer Service Officer to join the team based in Dubbo.
Metalcorp is a leading rural Australian steel distributor, supplying brands for the land through our branches and stockists across Australia.
As a Customer Service Officer, you will be one of the faces of Metalcorp for our customers, ensuring exceptional service in each interaction.
Working within a friendlyand inclusive teamyou will bea key contact for sales and service enquiries.
Your can-do attitude will be on full display as you take new orders and quotations, providing product and pricing advice and manage a variety of day-to-day enquiries.
We are open to both full-timeand part-time options.

What Will You Do?
As part of our sales team, you will:
interact with our customers over the phone and email managing quotes and queries
follow-up on quotations andinquiries converting theseinto sales opportunities
nurture and grow business relationships with customers
continuously look at new ways of improving the customer experience
assist with stock control and presentation of the retail space

With a strong customer focus and willingness to grow and develop yourself in the role you will bring:
experience working in a customer service/sales environment
high attention to detail and ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
confidence to resolve issues effectively and efficiently
a proactive approach in building constructive and effective relationships
basic knowledge with Microsoft office and a willingness to undergo relevant training
