Job Title

We are seeking a skilled Administrative Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to executives and team members.

* About the Role:
* You will coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and event logistics ensuring seamless execution of company objectives.
* Your key responsibilities will include data entry and reporting tasks, operating corporate ERP systems, and coordinating communications with stakeholders.
* You will also maintain databases, manage records, and oversee office supply procurement and vendor coordination.
* Maintain internal systems and records up-to-date to ensure business continuity.
* Assist with project coordination including schedules, reporting, and milestone tracking.
* Able to occasionally attend external meetings to gather client feedback or support operations.
* Collaborate with local human resources to achieve organizational goals.
