Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to lead the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Guest Experience & Service Excellence
o Lead by example in delivering exceptional service that reflects our brand standards.
o Support the Assistant Food & Beverage Manager in overseeing daily operations, including floor service, reservations, and guest engagement.
o Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care, ensuring every visit ends on a high note.
Team Leadership & Development
* Supervise, train, and motivate front-of-house staff to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
* Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team culture.
* Assist with scheduling, onboarding, and performance management.
Operational Support
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
* Collaborate with the culinary and bar teams to deliver a cohesive dining experience.
* Assist with inventory, ordering, and reporting as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hospitality, Restaurant Management, or related field; 2 years' experience in food and beverage service or related professional area OR
* 4-year bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field; 1 year experience in food and beverage service or related professional area
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in premium or lifestyle dining environments
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* A passion for food, wine, and creating memorable guest experiences
