Job Description
The Position:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Job Coach in Pinjarra and surrounding suburbs. If you’re passionate about making a positive impact and seeking career progression, we want to hear from you. The role involves guiding clients towards job-readiness and supporting their employment journey, working closely with them to ensure sustainable careers.
Typical duties include:
* Encouraging and motivating clients to find employment
* Building relationships with local employers to source job opportunities
* Reverse marketing clients to employers
* Placing clients into sustainable employment
* Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance
* Providing excellent service to clients and employers
You will join a vibrant, collaborative team of employment professionals committed to diversity and inclusion.
Minimum Requirements:
* Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
* Experience in customer service or a client-facing role (minimum one year)
* Experience working with people overcoming challenges (preferred)
* Ability to liaise confidently with stakeholders
* Proven success in achieving KPIs and job placements
* Current Driver’s Licence
