Job Title: Floor Supervisor
We are seeking a highly skilled and adaptable Floor Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong supervisory and leadership skills, with the ability to support and supervise drivers and floor staff as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operations Management - Assist in overseeing daily operations, ensuring that all deliveries occur on time and within designated delivery windows.
* Loading & Allocation - Plan and build compliant loads, allocating drivers, staff, and equipment effectively.
* Able to manage performance,priorities,and pressure in a live operational environment
* Familiarity with Safe Operating Procedures ,Chain of Responsibility,fatigue,mass requirements
