**Operations Role Overview**
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment responsible for the set up and delivery of equipment for valued customers. The role involves inventory management, delivery team setup and supply chain coordination.
**Key Responsibilities**
The successful candidate will be responsible for coaching and safety of workshop teams including Refrigeration and Electrical Technicians. They will also oversee contractor management of Freight and Labour hire partners and manage internal processes to ensure customers receive equipment as promised and on time.
- Ensure customer expectations are met with high quality standards.
- Financially manage cost centre activities and spending within budget.
- Build effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
**Requirements**
For this role we are looking for someone with 5+ years experience in managing teams in a similar Manufacturing / Warehousing environment. Self-motivated individuals with excellent communication and organisational skills are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP / MyApps desirable.
