Position 
The role of Pre Sales Engineer and Technical Support is now available. 
Based out of the Sydney office you will support the dealer network nationally when it comes to product support, training, technical assistance and presales advisory. 
The business solely distributes the products through a dealer network so the majority of your support will be to the dealer partners as the product expert, assisting them with product demonstrations, technical support and training, so as to assist the dealers with all that they need to represent and sell the products to the end user markets. 
The role will see you work in the office and occasionally on client site, however this is predominately an office based position. 
On offer is a generous salary package negotiable depending on your experience. 
Required Criteria 
Extremely strong communication skills are essential as you will be dealing with customers on a daily basis as the product expert. 
Self-drive and motivation, ambition, relationship management skills and an ability to work autonomously are all essential traits needed for the position.
