Part-Time Advanced Retail Professional (3IC) - Westfield Knox Concept Store
We're seeking a passionate Advanced Retail Professional (3IC) to join our NEW Westfield Knox Concept Store on a PART‑TIME basis.
This means fixed weekly days/hours covering selected weekdays and at least 1 weekend day.

Responsibilities
* Assist the Store Manager & Assistant Manager in achieving store targets and optimal consumer experience within an adidas concept store through staff productivity and fostering an active selling environment.
* Model service and selling standards to provide customers with an outstanding experience while leading and inspiring the store team to meet or exceed commercial goals.
* Represent the adidas brand, company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way.
* Execute and maintain established Visual Merchandising standards and adequate shop floor replenishment.
* Train and coach team to fine‑tune service skills, as well as foundational and seasonal brand and product knowledge.
* Coordinate team members to ensure the most efficient inventory processing procedures and a seamless stock‑to‑floor process.
* Share best practices to drive the overall store team performance.
Qualifications & Experience
* Retail team leader experience in men's/women's apparel or sports footwear.
* Leadership and communication skills.
