About The Role Join a high-performing Advisory Team in a leadership role as a Manager.
Manage a diverse portfolio of clients including large corporates, SMEs, and complex family groups.
Review financial statements and income tax returns for companies, trusts, partnerships, and SMSFs.
Provide strategic tax planning and advice across GST, CGT, FBT, and Division 7A.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients and manage key stakeholder relationships.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of accountants.
Oversee workflow, budgets, and ensure timely delivery of client engagements.
Maintain oversight of asset registers, journals, and reconciliations.
Work closely with Partners on complex advisory matters and business development initiatives.
Deliver high-value advisory services including Virtual CFO, management reporting, and valuations.
Skills & Experience 5–8+ years’ experience within Business Services/Tax in an Australian accounting firm.
Strong technical tax and advisory expertise.
Demonstrated leadership and team management experience.
Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver commercial outcomes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
No timesheets.
Flexible working arrangements including WFH and school-friendly hours.
Early finish on Fridays.
Immediate exposure to advisory work, including Virtual CFO, Management Reporting & Valuations.
Full CA/CPA support (paid upfront + 4 days leave per module).
