Key roles and responsibilities of the Senior Program Officer include providing advice and support to stakeholders on the Queensland Government Building and Construction Training Policy and the Training Policy Administration System. This role involves acting as the first point of contact for a broad range of government, construction, and related industry stakeholders.
The Senior Program Officer will be responsible for providing advice on the Queensland Government Building and Construction Training Policy to government agencies, government-owned corporations, public and private organizations, and project contractors.
* Provide technical assistance to stakeholders for the use and administration of the Training Policy Administration System (TPAS), including creating accounts, resetting passwords, registering projects, and providing general advice on navigating TPAS.
* Develop continuous improvements to training policy document management and processes, which includes assessing and processing training policy variations.
