The Role
Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, you’ll take ownership of tax and compliance across the group, with a key focus on leading a major transfer pricing initiative.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee global tax compliance and filings across Australia, US, UK, Canada, NZ, Ireland, and France, managing advisors and supporting local finance teams
* Lead transfer pricing design and implementation
* Provide R&D tax advisory support
* Manage annual employee share scheme statements
* Deliver on high-impact ad hoc tax projects
About You:
* 7+ years of experience in tax and compliance roles
* Strong grounding in Australian tax is essential
* CA or CPA qualified
* Solid compliance background along with transfer pricing experience is essential
