Contract Administrator – QLD E&I

As a Contract Administrator, you will guide purposeful work that supports the future of our QLD Energy & Industrial (E&I) business. You will support key clients and projects, ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of project performance data and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

* Support negotiation of commercial and contractual matters in collaboration with senior staff.
* Draft, review, administer and maintain client and subcontractor agreements in line with company policies and project requirements.
* Assist with variations, extensions of time, claims, and amendments, ensuring timely assessment and accurate commercial outcomes.
* Support project managers with change control procedures and contractual risk management.
* Monitor contractual compliance across projects, identifying and escalating risks or departures from agreed terms.
* Assist with audits, governance reviews, and internal compliance reporting.
* Track contract deliverables, milestones, KPIs, and reporting obligations.
* Assist with dispute mitigation through early identification of issues and preparation of contractual correspondence.
* Support dispute resolution processes where required, including claims documentation.
* Maintain accurate contract records, registers, and document control using company systems.
* Contribute to continuous improvement of contract administration processes and templates.
* Provide practical contractual advice to project teams throughout the project lifecycle.

What you'll bring

* Proven experience in a Contract Administration role within engineering, construction, or energy and industrial sectors.
* Strong analytical capability with exceptional attention to detail.
* A degree in Law, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
* Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership skills.
* Experience with ProjectWise, InEight, and Aconex beneficial.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‐paced environment.
