The Role
We are currently seeking compassionate, reliable, and motivated Disability Support Workers to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide tailored support to NDIS participants in line with their individual goals, support plans, and personal needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide person-centred support in daily living activities
* Assist participants with personal care, community access, and social participation
* Support independence, choice, and control in all aspects of care
* Implement support plans and promote positive outcomes
* Uphold NDIS Practice Standards and Sunrise Coordination Services values
* Work collaboratively with participants, families, and other professionals
Essential Criteria
To be considered for this role, you must have:
* Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability, or higher
* National Criminal Police Check
* NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Working With Children Check (where required)
* Child Safe Environments – Through Their Eyes (or willingness to obtain)
* Current First Aid and CPR certification
* Manual Handling certification
* Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module
* Current Australian driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
* Proof of working rights in Australia

Job Types: Subcontract, Casual
Pay: $32.95 – $46.70 per hour
Expected hours: 4 per week
