* Assist with customer enquiries, including dispute resolution, and provide exceptional customer service skills.

Key qualifications and skills include:
* Proven experience in accounts receivable and credit control.
* Proficiency in ERP systems and intermediate Excel skills.
* Excellent time management and organizational skills.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
