The role of a senior account director involves owning and growing a portfolio of Banking & Finance clients across Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute business plans to identify growth opportunities and whitespace.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.
* Collaborate with Product, Data & Analytics, and Solution Consulting teams to shape propositions that address client priorities.
* Lead executive-level conversations to position the business as a trusted partner.
* Maintain disciplined pipeline management and accurate forecasting.
* Partner with Customer Success to ensure adoption, satisfaction, and advocacy.
* Capture client feedback to drive continuous improvement and influence product roadmaps.
Requirements
* 10+ years in enterprise B2B sales with depth in Banking & Finance (ANZ preferred).
* Proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder deals as an individual contributor.
* Executive presence, strategic mindset, and strong influencing skills.
* Commercial acumen and disciplined pipeline management.
* Familiarity with data, analytics, and platform solutions.
