We’re looking for a Part-Time Marketing and Communications Coordinator based in our Beresfield Head Office, working 24 hours a week with generalist skills to join our team. You’ll help manage the day-to-day internal communications and marketing across the Group in collaboration with the Marketing and Communications Lead. Any digital marketing experience (Meta, Google Ads, Google Analytics etc) will also be highly regarded.
This role will see you assist in developing, implementing, and monitoring marketing and internal communications campaigns across all of Daracon Group’s company brands. This position will act as a champion for our new intranet platform and will help drive content from across the Group. The newly established Marketing and Communications function is in a phase of growth and is looking for the right person to join a small but supportive team. To be considered for this role you will:
* Have relevant marketing and/or communications experience
* Have an interest in helping to drive digital literacy and digital adoption across the organisation
* Have experience coordinating and executing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
* Be a fluent communicator, with strong writing skills to develop new stories, brochure content, blog posts etc
* Be able to prepare and contribute to campaign and performance reporting, providing insights for improvement
* Showcase a demonstrated ability to build and manage relationships with key stakeholders
* Have experience performing website updates using CMS
* Possess excellent organisational and time management skills
* Have a creative mindset with a passion for marketing and communications
* Be detail focussed, with a strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Desirable (but not essential): We still encourage you to apply, even if you do not meet all the desirable skills listed below
* Strong understanding and experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics etc)
* Executing digital initiatives, campaigns and projects within set budgets and deadlines
* Bring experience analysing website performance linked to online marketing activities and making recommendations for performance and improvement where appropriate
* Experience using CMS platforms and implementing SEO and keyword best practose using the relevant tools eg: SEM Rush, Google Search Console etc
* Have demonstrated experience coordinating online campaigns (including but not limited to Paid Search and Remarketing) to increase online traffic
* Skills in video editing and graphic design (using Canva and/or Adobe tools)
