is building a strong pipeline of strategy and commercial due diligence projects across Australia and is seeking experienced
ex-MBB consultants
for upcoming engagements.
This role is suited to consultants at
Manager, Engagement Manager, Senior Manager, Director
, as well as
more junior CDD-focused profiles
, who are open to flexible contract work on high-impact, deal-driven projects.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead or support commercial due diligence engagements for PE and corporate transactions
• Structure analytical problem-solving approaches and develop clear hypotheses
• Conduct market sizing, competitor analysis, and customer research
• Build and review commercial and financial models to assess growth and risk
• Synthesize insights into clear, executive-level presentations
• Manage client stakeholders and internal workstreams (senior roles)
• Deliver high-quality outputs under tight, deal-driven timelines
Essential Experience
• Background as an
ex-MBB consultant
• Experience at Manager / Engagement Manager / Senior Manager / Director level
or
junior CDD experience
• Strong exposure to commercial due diligence or transaction-focused consulting
• Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
• Experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
• Based in Australia with full working rights
