We're on the lookout for a skilled and proactive Customer Support Representative to join our friendly, fast-paced team. If you're someone who thrives on solving problems, has a sharp eye for detail, and is confident navigating ERP systems—especially NetSuite—then we’d love to hear from you!

In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customer queries, ensuring timely, helpful responses that build satisfaction and loyalty. Your strong computer literacy, database management skills, and ERP experience will be key to your success.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Responding to inbound phone calls, emails, and digital platform enquiries—ensuring all customer interactions are handled promptly and professionally.
- Supporting our Business Development Managers with overflow order processing, including setting up new customer accounts and managing order updates.
- Managing customer orders and resolving product or service-related questions with care and accuracy.
- Tracking deliveries and coordinating with customers, warehouse teams, and sales reps to resolve any freight or logistics issues.
- Carrying out essential daily tasks such as order fulfilments, returns and credits, order releases, and other admin processes to keep things running smoothly.
- Using NetSuite and internal databases to manage customer data, order workflows, and reporting.

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you’ll need to enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and bring a minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administration or customer support role using NetSuite or a similar Oracle ERP system.

- Solid computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and CRM or ERP platforms.
- Experience working with databases and managing customer records with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle customer issues effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and follow set procedures.
- Initiative for process improvements and system efficiencies.
