Sales Support Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to provide crucial sales support for our national accounts. As a key member of the team, you will help drive our campaigns to exceed client expectations.
In this role, you will be responsible for assessing inventory and creating insertion orders (IOs) during the pre-sales phase. You will also manage, delegate, and oversee campaign implementation across various teams, acting as the liaison between the sales team, ad operations, and clients.
* Create effective IOs to meet client needs
* Manage multiple projects with a high level of quality and attention to detail
* Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution
To succeed in this role, you will need strong written and verbal communication skills, with a good understanding of PowerPoint and Excel. You should also have a solid grasp of digital media and the client/media agency relationship.
Additional responsibilities include managing campaign assets, addressing client change requests, and providing regular forecasting, reporting, and analysis throughout the campaign lifecycle.
