**Defence Logistics Operations Coordinator**
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to coordinate our Defence logistics operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that our logistics operations run efficiently and effectively.
Key responsibilities include:
* Coordinate and deliver day-to-day administrative and customer service support to operational teams;
* Maintain accurate records, forms, registers, and databases in line with contract and audit requirements;
* Provide frontline customer service support for inbound enquiries, complaints, and order tracking requests;
* Generate standard reports and assist in preparation of formal documentation (e.g. meeting packs, activity trackers, KPI reporting inputs);
* FOLLOW DEFINED PROCEDURES FOR DOCUMENT CONTROL, DATA ENTRY, AND QUERY MANAGEMENT, ESCALATING WHERE NECESSARY
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
* Minimum 3 years' experience in an administrative, customer service, document controller or logistics support role;
* Experience working in a logistics, warehousing or Defence-related environment;
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint) and ability to work with ERP/WMS platforms;
* Strong written and verbal communication skills;
* Well-organised and able to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced operational environment;
* Ability to maintain confidentiality, accuracy, and professionalism in all interactions;
* Knowledge of and experience with ISO**** Quality Management System requirements relating the management and control of documentation and records
