Who We're Looking For
We want a technically sharp, independent Interior Designer with solid Revit experience who can hit the ground running remotely.
This is for someone who:
* Takes ownership of their work and manages their own workflow
* Communicates clearly online and thrives in a remote environment
* Is confident using ClickUp, Google Suite, and other tech tools to stay organised
* Can deliver high-quality design documentation without hand-holding
Experience across residential, commercial, and hospitality projects is a bonus - but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities
* Produce detailed technical and construction drawings using Revit
* Develop documentation packages from concept to construction
* Work autonomously while collaborating remotely with internal and client design teams
* Ensure client FF&E and finish schedules align with project documentation
* Coordinate documentation with consultants and services as needed
* Manage multiple workflows and meet deadlines efficiently
* Maintain accuracy and a high level of quality in all deliverables
Requirements
* Based in Australia
* Available minimum 3 days/week (up to 40 hours depending on workload)
* 5+ years Revit experience (essential)
* 5+ years interior design experience
* Comfortable working fully remotely and independently
* Experienced with ClickUp or similar project management tools
* Proficient in Google Suite and cloud workflows
* Strong communication and coordination skills
* Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture
* Bonus: service coordination experience and 3D software skills
* Casual, remote role
* Core availability: 3 days/week in 6–8 hour blocks
* Flexible workload; potential to increase hours based on projects
