Our mission is to support people in living their best life by providing mental health services. We offer face-to-face and telehealth support for various mental health issues.


Job Role

We are seeking qualified psychologists or accredited mental health professionals to join our team. As a mental health professional, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals navigate work-related injuries, stress, pain management, and other occupational issues.


Main Responsibilities:

* Provide evidence-based mental health training, assessment, and treatment for clients with mental health conditions and outcome goals;
* Work collaboratively with clients, medical professionals, case managers, and employers to assist people return to work and fully re-engage with the community;
* Complete assessments and interventions using your clinical skills;
* Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with organisational and regulatory standards.

This is a part-time (1 to 4 days) hybrid role that offers flexibility and autonomy to manage your own day. You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of clients while avoiding burnout or clinical fatigue.

Qualifications:

* General and Provisional Psychologist Registration with AHPRA; or
* Accredited Mental Health Social Worker –AASW;
* Willingness to obtain relevant accreditations;
* Possession of permanent residency in Australia;
