Silverpoint Apartments is seeking experienced and reliable cleaning contractors to provide comprehensive common property cleaning services under an 11-month contract. We invite suitably qualified providers to submit quotes based on the scope outlined below.
Scope of Works
The successful contractor will be responsible for routine and periodic cleaning across all common areas, in accordance with set frequencies (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, bi-annual and annual tasks).
Key areas include:
Management & Administration
· Liaison with Building Manager / Committee
· Reporting hazards, damage and maintenance issues
· Managing cleaning consumables and invoicing
Barbecue & Entertainment Areas (2 locations)
· Daily checks, spot cleaning and full BBQ plate cleans
· Floor cleaning (sweep, hose where lawful)
· Furniture cleaning, waste removal and de-webbing
Basement Car Parks, Driveways & Entrances
· Litter removal and spot cleaning
· Lift lobby cleaning (routine and comprehensive)
· Car park surface cleaning using committee-supplied ride-on cleaner
· Drains, gutters, mirrors and accessible ceiling de-webbing
Common Area Toilets & Showers (Gym & BBQ areas)
· Daily cleaning and disinfection of toilets, basins, mirrors and floors
· Regular shower cleaning and spot checks
· Waste removal
Requirements
· Proven experience in residential or strata cleaning
· Ability to meet scheduled frequencies and respond to issues as required
· Own equipment and insurances
· Public liability insurance coverage of $5 million required
· Strong communication and reliability
· Australian work rights mandatory for this contract position
· Australian Business Number (ABN) is mandatory to apply
