Job Description

The Sales and Business Development role is responsible for maintaining and growing the existing customer portfolio and revenue base. Based in Taree, you will develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and grow a portfolio of clients across multiple platforms.
* Build strong relationships within your local business community in Taree, NSW.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities, setting appointments and presenting tailored solutions.
* Achieve and exceed sales revenue targets, contributing to overall revenue and yield goals.
* Prepare and deliver engaging customer/client communications and presentations.
* Support the development of sales plans and strategies to drive growth.


Required Skills and Qualifications

You're a driven sales professional with a strong track record in developing and closing new business. Confident, collaborative, and self-motivated, you combine excellent communication and negotiation skills with a passion for media and sales. You're proactive, accountable, and bring energy, enthusiasm, and problem-solving flair to everything you do.

Requirements:

* Proven B2B sales experience (media industry experience a bonus).
* A goal-oriented mindset and commitment to high standards.
* The ability to handle client feedback and resolve issues effectively.
* Strong attention to detail and proficiency across Microsoft Office suite.
