**The Company**

**Your New Team & Role**
This role, reporting to the Shared Transaction Manager forms part of our high performing Shared Service team. You will play a key role in the timely payment of all vendor invoices and expense vouchers, receipting goods and services, reconciling statements, and the maintenance of accurate records and control reports.
**Responsibilities**
- Conduct administration and accounting practices in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Accurately and efficiently process accounts payable invoices, ensuring coding is accurate, monitoring the transactions to ensure integrity from start to finish.
- Management of international processing and payments
- Monitor and process weekly pay runs in accordance with company polices and procedures
- Thoroughly checking of ABN numbers against invoices to supplier database at point of receipting, invoice entry & payment generation to ensure accuracy at all times and ATO compliancy.
- Interbranch and Intercompany statement reconciliation
- Receipting of goods and services
- Management and action of external and internal queries and requests
- Maintain good supplier and customer relations ensuring that inquiries with respect to invoices are dealt with efficiently.
- Support shared transaction manager with cashflow and payment activities
**About you**
We are looking for a team leader who is self-driven, confident and passionate about providing exceptional customer service and possesses the following skills and experience:
- Minimum of 5 years' previous experience in an accounts payable role
- Experience in a senior or leadership role
- Sound understanding of GST components
- Intermediate knowledge of online banking processes
- Sound understanding of MS Office Suite
- Intermediate knowledge of Epicor (desired not essential
- Strong administrative skills and high levels of attention to detail
- Strong ability to initiate, build and maintain strong and effective relationships and partnerships with all levels of stakeholders
- Works well under pressure, can prioritise and has the ability to meet tight deadlines
