* Remuneration: $123k - $138k base salary, plus superannuation and leave loading
* Work rights required: Full Australian work rights for the duration of the contract

About the Faculty
UNSW Medicine & Health is a national leader in learning, teaching and research, with close affiliations to several of Australia's finest hospitals, research institutes and healthcare organisations. The faculty has staff and students in teaching hospitals in Sydney as well as regional and rural areas of NSW.
About the Role
The Educational Developer provides leadership and support for the design, development, delivery and evaluation of quality curriculum across the Faculty of Medicine & Health. This includes implementing technology-enhanced teaching strategies to provide engaging and supportive learning environments for students across all programs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Relevant qualifications in education and technology, with experience in developing technology-enabled learning, teaching and/or curriculum for higher education
* Providing effective leadership in identifying and developing areas for innovation and improvement of learning and teaching
* Curriculum and higher education course design, development and review, with a focus on technology-enhanced learning, teaching and assessment
* Developing engaging and user-friendly course sites in learning management systems, including interactive learning materials and activities using educational technologies
* Planning, developing, facilitating and reviewing professional development programs and services to build individual capability in technology-enhanced learning and teaching
* Critically evaluating new and emerging educational technologies, such as generative AI in the classroom
* Analysing data to inform a systematic and evidence-based approach to course design, development and review
* Effective project management, prioritising and managing multiple tasks/projects to achieve project outcomes within agreed timeframes
* Digital skills in using Microsoft Office suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams and Power Platform
* Excellent communication skills in building relationships with diverse stakeholders and initiating innovative solutions to problems
