We are seeking a high performing Doctor Recruitment Manager who aligns with our values and has proven success in building networks and managing the candidate journey, with a focus on providing a great candidate experience.
The position is full-time, based in Canberra, and is a fixed-term maternity cover position for January 2026 to December 2026. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the doctor recruitment and onboarding process for our NSW and ACT medical centres including advertising, social media, sourcing, and developing a pipeline of doctors for current and future roles.

Key Responsibilities:
* Promoting the values, opportunities, and vision of the company
* Developing relationships with doctors to identify their professional and lifestyle goals
* Building talent pipelines and developing sourcing strategies
* Monitoring, reporting, and implementing activities based on market trends
* Regular engagement with leaders to understand to doctor needs and execute recruitment strategies
* Processing applications for Medicare provider number, visas, AHPRA and RACGP
What we need from you:
* Previous Medical Recruitment experience (General Practitioner and/or Allied Health Recruitment preferred)
* Knowledge of Doctor registration pathways for General Practice, including for International Medical Graduates (IMGs)
* Tertiary qualification in a related field, but not essential
* Flexibility to work across time zones to support doctor candidates
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills that will be precise and timely
* Ability to influence and drive outcomes
* Strong computer knowledge and skills, including web-based advertising and social media activity
* Ability to multi-task and prioritise to pressing timelines
