Our breeder farm in Cobbitty is seeking a part-time Farm Hand to join our team. This role involves collecting eggs, cleaning and grading, feeding ducks, and maintaining sheds and equipment. Although basic farming experience is preferred, it's not essential. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, energetic, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collection of eggs from laying sheds
* Cleaning and grading of eggs
* Feeding ducks and ensuring drinking water is accessible
* Maintenance of sheds and equipment
Due to strict biosecurity constraints, applicants with birds or pigs at their residence or regular contact with them may not be considered. A pre-employment medical assessment is required, and full working rights in Australia are necessary.
