Qualifications
Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
Formal Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent).
Proven experience working within regulated or Defence-aligned environments, such as frameworks and standards ideally in a Naval ship building or ship sustainment environment.
Relevant professional development in systems, assurance, or compliance.
Strong capability in interpreting and applying contractual and technical requirements.
Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
Excellent organisation and time management abilities.
High-level written and verbal communication skills.
About the Program
We are delivering a significant naval shipbuilding and sustainment program for the Royal Australian Navy/Department of Defence.
In pursuit of the SEA **** (Arafura Class Offshore Patrol Vessel) contract, the company supports Australia's national sovereign shipbuilding strategy and operates from the Australian Marine Complex in Henderson, Western Australia.
