Overview
We’re looking for an Associate Buyers Agent to source deals, network with agents, find off‑market opportunities, and help uncover high‑performing investment properties backed by real data and strong relationships. The role is 3 days a week, remote, with flexible arrangements.
Compensation
Base salary $60k + performance bonuses (OTE $80–$100k+).
Responsibilities
- Sourcing deals and identifying off‑market opportunities.
- Networking with agents and building relationships.
- Collaborating with the team to match clients with properties that meet investment criteria.
- Measuring performance and providing data‑driven insights.
Qualifications
- Sales or cold‑calling experience.
- Passion for property and a genuine interest in the investment space.
- Solid communication skills and the ability to take initiative.
