This role is ideal for an experienced machinist who can work to an exceptional standard and is confident overseeing curtain production.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Leading the workflow and daily operations within the curtain workroom
* Operating industrial sewing machines with high precision
* Measuring, cutting and sewing curtain fabrics and linings
* Ensuring quality control and accuracy across all products
* Training, guiding and mentoring junior staff when required
* Coordinating with management to meet production schedules and deadlines
* Maintaining a clean, organised and efficient workspace
* Supporting improvements in processes, productivity and workroom organisation
